Seven inches right in the center of your body just up and down from your navel is where strength comes from to do everything physical in your life.  This is your core. The stronger your core, the stronger you are in every activity you do! Take a test.  Poke your finger into your core right now, now raise and lower your arm, kick your leg, turn your shoulders what happened? You felt it pulling from your core! Every athlete in the world knows that they are only as strong as their core. The best of the best have a VERY STRONG CORE!

After you have your 1st three partners (your V.P.’s), you should begin placing your next partners under your original 3 to help them build their “core”. The key here is duplication.  Teach your partners to build their "core" by teaching their new partners to build theirs.  

Let's face it...most people get involved with network marketing to make money.  So the best strategy would be to pack your "core" in tight and get those first few levels under you making money.  When they start making money, and they see how easy the duplication process is, they will want to learn everything they can from you to make their team grow. When people grasp the vision and duplicate, this is when your group takes on a life of its own.

Within the first 48 hours you should support your three partners in getting their three partners by using 3-way conference calls to introduce them to the business or take them to your website and follow up with answering their questions.  If someone in your area is holding regular meetings, then take your prospects to the meeting to meet those that are already building their sales force and enjoying the benefits of FORM and FIXX.  

Remember, Facts Tell and Stories Sell.  Share your testimony!  If you have just started on the product and don't yet have a testimony, share your Up Line's testimony.  If they just started, share their Up Line's testimony. You can share all of the facts you want, but the bottom line is:

Does the product work?

How much weight have you lost?

Do you feel full taking the FORM?

Do you have more energy and feel healthier drinking the FIXX?

If you can answer YES to these questions, then the duplication process will be fast and easy.  Everyone wants to buy products that work for them and produce BENEFITS!

In order to make “The 3 by 3" process work and continue to duplicate, YOU must be the example of continuing the support to your Level 3 partners. That means you have your three partners on Level 1, your 9 business partners on Level 2, and your 27 business partners on Level 3 for a total of 39 relationships that you support. Some of these 39 people will need your instruction and assistance to grow their business, others will catch hold of the vision and sponsor and introduce on their own.

Keep in contact with each person on your 1st 2 levels (12 people) each week for the first 30 days to continue to support, provide information, and train them to train others. Get in contact with your 3rd level people at least once during their first week.  Keeping in contact with your core (39 people - 1st 3 levels) is your role as their accountability partner and Up line supporter. Each level should be getting support from at least 2 Up Line Sponsors and sometimes even 3, depending on how quickly everyone comes into the business.  This system will not breakdown if you are focused on strengthening your core!
